Customizing Dashboard Columns

  • Updated

As a part of the new UI rollout, users can now customize the columns visible on the Order Items Dashboard. This can be done by clicking on Advanced Filters.

Once clicked on, the user will see a side panel open up.

The first 4 fields marked in BLUE correspond to the columns that will be locked on the dashboard - similar to Excel's freeze panels ability.

These columns are not customizable and cannot be hidden from view.

Columns can be removed from the order dashboard from click on the eye icon to the right of the column name. Any columns hidden from the user's view are highlighted in PINK.

There are no limitations to how many columns can be hidden from view, but if the column does not have an eye icon that means that the row cannot be hidden.

Organizing Rows to Columns

Keeping the locked rows in mind, users can reorganize the remaining rows so that they correspond to the dashboard's column order. This can be done by hovering over the Screen_Shot_2023-03-13_at_3.54.04_PM.png icon and dragging the row to it's desired location.

Once the rows have been adjusted to its desired order, users can click apply to commit these changes to their dashboard. Please note that this does not automatically save the filter. The filter must be named and saved.

Once the changes are made, user should see that hidden column is removed from the dashboard's view. If the user reorganized any of the rows under Advanced Filters, it should also correspond to the column order in the Dashboard, with the locked columns being separated with a line.
