In PDX, creating a title under the Collection Category. A collection title is used for organizing other titles to be sold as one product. This article will explain Collection title creation along with what the user will see for related titles once the collection is created.

Once created, this article will also cover how to find each Collection Type in PDX. Under the section “After Creation”.
In each Type there is a “Type Items” section (e.g., Bundle Items, Collection Items, and Program Items).
This article will assume that the user understands how to create a title. For an overview of title creation, please click here.
Creating a Bundle Type
Selecting a Bundle Type adds the normal fields across title creation. However, some distinct differences include a “Bundle Title” field where the user will enter the title of the Bundle and attaching “Bundle Items” at the bottom of the screen.
Once all the necessary fields above Bundle Items has been entered, the user must add an item to the Bundle. These fields are covered in greater detail in our overview of title creation.
Under Bundle Items, the user should proceed to select the Title Type.
Once an option is selected, the user must then select from the titles listed under that type.
The user has the option of adding the position of the item within the bundle and the associated territory for it.
The user may continue adding Bundle Items by clicking “Add New” in the lower left.
Once completed, the user may click the “Finish” button in the lower right to finish creating the bundle.
Creating a Collection Type
Selection “Collection” as the type only allows for certain items can be associated:
- Bundles created previously
- Season
- Series
As a collection, the user may add a previously created bundle, a season of a series, or an entire series.
Once the item has been entered, the user must click finish and a confirmation pop-up will appear in the user-interface.
Creating a Program Type
Creating a Program Type is similar to creating a Bundle Type, where the user must enter the required title creation fields in addition to the specific Program Title field.
After the fields are entered, there is another set of fields further down under “Program Items”, providing the Title Type, searching for a title within that type, entering the numerical position, and selecting the territory.
The user may also continue to add more Program Items by clicking “Add New” in the lower left.
Once the user has completed entering Program Items, the user should click “Finish” in the lower right.
After Creation
Once a collection has been created, users will find a Relationship tab on that bundle, collection, or program's title page.
The below screenshot exemplifies a Collection with an associated Bundle.
Bundle Items - This section includes a list of every individual asset associated to the Collection and will be populated from each associated Bundle.
Title Associations - This section includes each Bundle that's associated to the Collection. Selecting the Bundle will expand a drop-down menu which lists the assets associated to that particular Bundle.
