Title pages are available to provide all available data in PDX around a title in one location.
The fourth tab on a title page is the title report page, and this article will cover its functionality. The title report page visually highlights what assets are available for each piece of content under a title. Users can quickly view and report on what assets they have within PDX
When a user clicks on the report tab on the title page, it will reveal a grid of colored circles, in three different colors.
- Red - no assets
- Yellow - raw assets
- Green - final assets
In the top right corner of this view is a button a user can click to export this data as an Excel file.
If a user hovers their mouse over a colored circle, a text box will appear. This will show what, if anything, is available there.
