Throughout PDX, a user will come across "colored gems," or color coded circles, which signify the status of various elements of an order. See below for examples and the definitions of what these colors signify:
Purple - Represents something brand new within PDX system, an order or task that was just created. The color and order status will change when an order has been approved.
Red - Order or task is missing something (needs source), or a task or asset has been rejected and needs external viewing.
Blue - Ready to be worked on, or in progress with the mastering or fulfillment departments.
Green - All work around the task and deliverable is complete.
