Title History Page

This article will introduce users to the Title History Page.

 

This page allows users to track changes to metadata, orders and assets. (Note: No avail history is tracked here.)

Please note: PDX only stores title history page up to 2 years.

Users can choose an Entity such as: Avails, Chapter Names, Credits, etc.

Users can filter out history by using Keywords such as "Synopsis", if they want to look at changes made to the synopsis.

Using the "Date", users can look at the updates made within a certain window of time.

There's also an option filter by User, which is particularly helpful because it allows users to seek out the user who made certain changes to titles if they have any questions for them.
