General Navigation
Upon opening the Media Portal UI, assets are automatically loaded in a list order descending from newest to oldest uploaded assets. Users can toggle their view between a list or grid for larger thumbnails.
Users can access additional features by selecting the three dots along the top right of the UI. Additional information can be found here.
In Media Portal, users can choose to select all assets or opt to select individual assets by clicking on the checkbox that appears on the left of each asset.
If in list view, users can click on the column headers to sorting the results by ascending or descending order. This is only possible for columns with small arrows next to the name.
Selecting individual art asset thumbnails expands the preview image for closer viewing.
Selecting any given title under the title column will bring the user to that asset's individual title page. Selecting the file name will open an additional window which lists a variety of specs pertaining to that asset. These specs include:
Users can search for their assets with the Keyword, UMCVARID & Group By boxes
Keyword references the following metadata:
- Original Release Title
- Provider Title ID
- Cast and Crew
- Franchise
- File Name
UMCVARID allows Apple users to get the specific Title related assets easily
Group By, allows users to group assets by the values used
For example; Artwork Color Type, Artwork Territory, Asset class, Audio Languages, Asset status and many more. Users also have the ability to select up to 3 group values at the same time.
Users can see the results cascaded under each group by combination by pressing the arrow
Additional search filters are available through the filter icon in the top right corner.
Features Navigation
Many of the features are available in the top right corner of the page. Features allow users to adjust the UI layout, build and save lists of assets, filter searches, and much more. For more in-depth information on each feature, how to use or navigate them, users can select each of the links below.
Clicking on history opens a new window where a user can view a list of their previously downloaded assets available for renewed download, also the orders which are created starting from the latest orders to the oldest and lastly draft orders.
Configuring columns allows users to adjust the field layout on the list view page in a way that best suits the user's navigational purposes. Additional information can be found here
The wish list feature holds any saved list of art assets through add to list

In either list view or grid view, users can select the icon beside each art asset to download. Additionally, the Shopping Cart feature opens a new window in which art assets added to cart can be viewed and downloaded. Users can download the assets from Proxy or from the Source.
An enhanced search can be done through the filter. This includes a variety of parameters which users can search by. Users can also save filter combinations for future use.

Scheduling alerts allows users to set up email or in-app notifications whenever a new asset is added.
