This article will go over the Work Dashboard, formerly known as the Work in Progress (WIP) or Sales Dashboard. The Work Dashboard focuses on order items and tasks managed by the teams at Premiere.
Here, users can see what order items and tasks are in queue for the following departments:
- Client Services
- Mastering
- Fulfillment
Navigation
To navigate to the Work Dashboard, click on the PDX quick link icon that's located on the top right of the page and select “WIP”.
Here, you can click on the dropdown arrow next to each department and see the various tasks and statuses these orders are in.
Clicking on any of these links will take you to a dashboard similar to the order items dashboard.
Tasks
To access the tasks portion of the Work Dashboard, on the top of the page, click on Tasks instead of Order items. Here, the user will be given a table dissecting the various tasks managed by the Mastering team on a daily basis.
