My Jobs

  • Updated

Throughout the PDX user experience, there may be instances where larger requests or imports will need to go through scheduled workflows via a queuing system. These workflows can be tracked through the My Jobs page. If applicable, PDX will indicate on the page if their request has been placed into the queue. Some examples are:

  • Order imports (creation) via spreadsheet
  • Title update via spreadsheet
  • CSV exports (Order items / Tasks dashboard / etc)

For some of these features users will directly be routed to the My Jobs page where they can track the progress of this job. If the user is not routed automatically, My Jobs can be manually accessed by clicking on the user icon and selecting “My Jobs” from the dropdown.

Once here, Jobs are organized into four categories:

  • Titles - Consists of exports from the User activity report, Asset search exports
  • Orders - Consists of exports from various order pages. A list of Order CSV exports can be found here.
  • Imports - Consists of any uploaded order & title spreadsheet
  • Invoices - Consists of any exports done from the Invoicing Module (Finance specific)

For more details on the type of categories please see below:
