In this article, we will cover how to update existing Order Templates, while also providing information on all fields and what they can be used for.

Finding Your Order Template
The Order Templates page can be navigated to on the right side navigation bar:
The Order Templates page will appear, showing all existing order templates and the deliverables for each template. From this page, users can filter fields to help narrow down and find the template one is looking for.
- Template Name - Name of the Template.
- Provider - Provider name template is associated with.
- Platform - Platform name template is associated with.
Editing Deliverables
Once a template has been selected, users can make edits to the template in a couple of ways. Under Languages, Territories and Tasks, users have the option to add or edit template information:
Users also have the option to edit the entire deliverable by clicking on the pencil icon on the right side of the page:
The Edit Deliverable popup will appear for user to make adjustments:
When done making revisions, click save and the template will be updated.
Also, if a user wants to bulk update multiple deliverables in a template, simply click on the blue check marks to the right of the deliverables one wants to edit.
Then clicking on the pencil icon on the right side of the page:
A pop-up form will appear. The deliverable items selected will be displayed in the first “Deliverable(s)” as multiple items can be edited when checked with the blue check mark.
Fill out the rest of the form and click on the blue “Save” button to save changes
Changes made on the Edit Order Template page will be reflected once the template is saved. The updated information will then be visible on the Order Templates page.
Add or Remove Deliverables
Lastly, users have the ability to add and remove deliverables to existing order templates. To do so, the user can click on Add/Remove deliverables in the top right corner:
A pop window will appear where users can fill out whether the delivery type they wish to add or remove to the Order Template.

To remove deliverables, users can select “Remove”:
From here, users will be given the option to choose from existing deliverables from the dropdown menu. Once a deliverable is selected, the user can click OK and the deliverable will be removed from the order template
Once all changes have been made, click on the blue “Save Order Templates” button at the bottom of the page to save.
