Titles can be created in PDX through one of the following three methods:
Title creation via PDX
Titles can be created directly within PDX through the Create Title page.
From the home screen, navigate to the left menu and click "Create Title."
In the new page, users should fill in all the required fields denoted with a red asterisk (*) and click "Finish" to be redirected to the newly created title page.

Please note that although features is the default title category, but users can clear this selection and select from the following list:
- Feature - Movies that are the standard category used to create titles. For more information on creating a Feature, click here.
- Ancillary - Captures anything that could be ancillary to a title. For more information on creating Ancillary content, click here.
- Collection - A collection of existing titles, similar to a movie bundle. For more information on creating a Collection, click here.
- Composition - Compositions stitch a group of related titles into a single video, creating additional content. For more information on creating a Composition, click here.
- Episodic Series - Used to add series, seasons, or episode data. For more information on creating an Episodic Series, click here.
- Miniseries - A series that only has one season. For information on creating Miniseries, click here.
- Seasonless Series - A series format without distinct seasons. For more information on creating a Seasonless Series, click here.
- Workout - Specifically built out for Apple Fitness Plus programs. For more information on creating a Workout, click here.
Uploading a Spreadsheet
If creating multiple titles, users can opt to utilize the spreadsheet functionality to create titles in bulk.
The latest template can be downloaded from PDX's Create Title page. Click on "Import" and select the template from the dropdown.
This will open a pop-up where users can download a fresh template by clicking on the hyperlink
Users will be responsible for only updating the Metadata tab on the spreadsheet. On this tab required fields will be noted as such in the blue row. A example spreadsheet is provided on the Metadata Example.
Data that are controlled values (Rating systems, Genres, Language, territories) will be available for users to reference in it's own dedicated tabs. Do not modify any values in these tabs.
Once the spreadsheet is filled out and ready to upload, navigate to the Create title page and click on Import button and upload the spreadsheet.
Spreadsheet uploads will be ran as a background job. A green popup window will appear at the top of the page if the upload was successful.
Click on "My Jobs" from the pop-up to track the title creation status.

API
Although titles can be created manually, the PDX title library consists of titles created by our client via our API integration.
This ability allows clients to import entire Title libraries into PDX which enables real-time Title management.
