PDX has a variety of dashboards where users can view information about titles, orders, and avails grouped in different ways. This article will introduce the different dashboards.
Work Dashboard (WIP)
By default, the Work Dashboard (otherwise known as the WIP Dashboard) is the first view a user will see when logging into PDX. To navigate to the WIP dashboard, click on the Dashboard button at the top of the screen and click on “WIP”.
The dashboard displays a count of assets and orders in progress broken down between departments (Client Services, Fulfillment, Mastering). Users may drill deeper into these orders by looking for Work In Progress, Work Completed, Order Items, Tasks, and filters.
